Section 01
Scope & Purpose
This Compliance Policy applies to paper-based packaging products manufactured or supplied by our Foshan facility, including custom paper boxes, paper bags, cylinder boxes, rigid gift boxes, folding cartons, sleeves, inserts, and related printed packaging components.
The purpose of this policy is to provide brand customers, procurement teams, legal departments, and compliance reviewers with a clear overview of how we manage product integrity, responsible sourcing, ethical production, and environmental expectations for international markets.
Section 02
Materials & Responsible Sourcing
We prioritize recyclable, paper-based, and responsibly sourced materials suitable for premium retail packaging. Materials may include art paper, kraft paper, coated paper, corrugated board, greyboard, specialty paper, and other customer-approved paper substrates.
- We support the use of FSC-certified or other responsibly sourced paper upon customer request and subject to material availability.
- We work with material suppliers who can provide relevant sourcing, composition, and compliance information where required.
- We encourage customers to select recyclable structures and minimize unnecessary plastic lamination, magnets, foam, or mixed-material components where possible.
- Any customer-specified specialty material must be reviewed for manufacturability, safety, and applicable destination-market requirements before mass production.
Section 03
Product Safety & Restricted Substances
We understand that packaging for Europe and North America may be subject to strict chemical, labeling, safety, and retailer-specific requirements. Our production teams review customer specifications and apply material controls to reduce risk in printed paper packaging.
Commonly Supported Compliance Topics
- REACH-related substance declarations
- RoHS-related packaging material review where applicable
- California Proposition 65 support upon request
- Heavy metal limits for packaging materials
- Soy-based or low-odor ink options where available
- Food-contact review for applicable paper packaging projects
Final compliance requirements depend on product use, destination market, direct or indirect food contact, child-related use, cosmetic use, retailer protocols, and customer artwork or material specifications.
Section 04
Quality Control
Our quality process is designed to protect brand presentation, retail readiness, and shipment consistency. We inspect materials, printing, color matching, finishing, structure, assembly, packing, and carton labeling according to approved specifications.
- Pre-production review: artwork, dieline, materials, surface finishing, structure, and packaging method are checked before sampling or mass production.
- Sample approval: production proceeds based on customer-approved samples, digital proofs, color standards, or written specifications.
- In-process inspection: printing, lamination, die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing, gluing, and assembly are monitored during production.
- Final inspection: finished goods are checked for appearance, dimensions, function, packing condition, and shipment readiness.
Section 05
Labor & Ethical Conduct
We are committed to lawful, ethical, and respectful workplace practices. We do not tolerate forced labor, child labor, discrimination, harassment, bribery, or falsification of production and compliance records.
- Employment practices must comply with applicable labor laws and internal workplace policies.
- Workers must be treated with dignity, respect, and appropriate health and safety protections.
- Business gifts, commissions, or incentives must not be used to improperly influence procurement decisions.
- Confidential customer information, designs, artwork, dielines, and commercial terms must be protected from unauthorized disclosure.
Section 06
Environmental Management
As a paper packaging manufacturer serving environmentally conscious brands, we aim to reduce waste, improve material efficiency, and support packaging designs that are easier to recycle, ship, and dispose of responsibly.
Material Efficiency
Dielines and structures are reviewed to reduce avoidable paper waste while preserving product protection.
Waste Sorting
Production waste is sorted where practical to support recycling and responsible downstream handling.
Eco Options
Customers may request recyclable paper, kraft paper, FSC material, plastic-free structures, or water-based finishing options.
