• Any customer-specified specialty material must be reviewed for manufacturability, safety, and applicable destination-market requirements before mass production.

Final compliance requirements depend on product use, destination market, direct or indirect food contact, child-related use, cosmetic use, retailer protocols, and customer artwork or material specifications.

Our quality process is designed to protect brand presentation, retail readiness, and shipment consistency. We inspect materials, printing, color matching, finishing, structure, assembly, packing, and carton labeling according to approved specifications.

1. Pre-production review: artwork, dieline, materials, surface finishing, structure, and packaging method are checked before sampling or mass production.
2. Sample approval: production proceeds based on customer-approved samples, digital proofs, color standards, or written specifications.
3. In-process inspection: printing, lamination, die-cutting, foil stamping, embossing, gluing, and assembly are monitored during production.
4. Final inspection: finished goods are checked for appearance, dimensions, function, packing condition, and shipment readiness.
